The rights belong to RABAGAS Magazine or to the respective authors, photographers, illustrators, and other rights holders, unless otherwise stated.

Use of Material

You are free to:

share links to our articles and publications
discuss and comment on our content
quote from published material in accordance with applicable rules on quotation and fair practice

When quoting material, the source must be acknowledged in accordance with good practice.

Quotations must be used in a relevant context and only to the extent justified by their purpose.

Use Requiring Permission

Unless otherwise permitted by law, agreement, or a specific licence, you may not:

copy or republish entire articles or other works
reproduce photographs, illustrations, graphics, or other visual material
publish substantial parts of our content on other websites, platforms, or in other publications

Permission may be granted for specific purposes and subject to specific conditions.

Material published under a separate licence or agreement will be marked with its own terms.

Artificial Intelligence and Automated Use

Content from RABAGAS Magazine may not be copied, downloaded, or systematically collected without permission for the purpose of training, developing, or improving generative AI models or other automated systems, unless such use is permitted by mandatory law.

This also applies to the automated collection of substantial amounts of text, images, or other material from our publications.

Normal use by search engines and other services that make content discoverable or accessible through ordinary links is not covered by this restriction.

Contributors

Authors, photographers, illustrators, and other contributors retain the copyright to their own works unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

Submitting material to RABAGAS Magazine does not automatically result in:

any transfer of copyright
any right for RABAGAS Magazine to publish the material
an exclusive agreement
any right to payment

If RABAGAS Magazine wishes to publish a contribution, the necessary rights and terms will be agreed with the contributor.

Credit and Moral Rights

Creators are credited in accordance with agreement, good practice, and applicable law.

You may not remove the name of a creator or other credit from material used with permission unless otherwise agreed.

A work must not be used or altered in a manner that unlawfully prejudices the creator’s reputation or the integrity of the work.

Third-Party Material

RABAGAS Magazine may publish or reproduce material belonging to other rights holders.

Such material may be used with permission, by agreement, under a specific licence, or as permitted by applicable law.

The rights to such material remain with the relevant rights holder.

The fact that material appears on rabagasmagazine.no does not mean that RABAGAS Magazine has the authority to grant others permission to use it.

RABAGAS Magazine as a Publication

RABAGAS Magazine may hold separate rights in the overall design, editorial selection and arrangement, graphic expression, and other original material produced by the magazine.

Rights to individual contributions may at the same time belong to the respective contributors.
